La Tranche sur Mer, La Terrière, in a holiday residence close to the beach, semi-detached house opening onto an individual terrace with parking space.
1 equipped kitchen area, 1 bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Stairs to access the bedrooms, 1 small bedroom with 1 140 bed, 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and 1 0.80 bed. Steep staircase not suitable for young children.
Equipment: television, electric hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, freezer, furniture, washing machine, 1 iron, 1 electric coffee maker, cutlery and crockery... A storage room in the basement with freezer.
Upstairs (steep staircase) a mezzanine (height less than 1 m 80)
The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End of stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided.
Location: on the edge of the forest, about 300 m from the beach, 4000 m from the town centre for all shops.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

A 2 pas de l'océan, dans une résidence calme. Au top!
Tous mes repas ont été pris chez des amis, donc je n'ai pas utilisé la cuisine. Logement fonctionnel.
Contact avec l'agence moyen: on me dit il y a aspirateur pour ménage. On ne me dit pas qu'il faut aller dans la cave récupérer la table et chaises extérieures. Pas d'aspirateur mais un pauvre balai ..... moyen sur les précautions à prendre en cas de crise sanitaire.
