This sweet one bedroom condo is perfect for your island getaway. Comfortably furnished and well equipped, just bring your suitcase. Air-conditioning unit in bedroom. Short walk to your parking space and pool area. Oceanview from the lanai.

No complaints, pool, unit and grounds all very well kept. Quiet and friendly property with good parking and easy in/out access. Would definitely come again!

This property is a wonderful find in Kona - not too expensive, close to the water, swimming pool and close to grocery shopping. Perfect!

There was a layer of dust on the dishes in the open air cupboards. The floor was dirty. Not VOG, but dust. The unit is for sale so I'm guessing the owner doesn't want to put any money into maintenance and upkeep. The sliding glass door to the lanai is very hard to open/close. The bathroom needs help, painting, drain plugs in the sink and tub, stains on the ceiling, If you are visually impaired, the light in the kitchen and dining room make it difficult to see. I bought a small lamp and left it in the unit. So much furniture in the dining/living room. Only room for two to eat at the high top table which should seat four. I put one living room chair under the dining table so you could move around on the living room. Every drawer in the 2 bedroom dressers were full with owner stuff. The view from the lanai was nice. The pool and other complex amenities was wonderful. I would choose another unit in this complex anytime. The property manager was great.
