About this house rental
Modern Old Town Scottsdale retreat with stylish finishes and thoughtfully designed living spaces. Enjoy a private patio plus a large community pool and grilling area—perfect for soaking up the Arizona sun. Walk to Camelback Mountain hiking trails, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and Old Town dining and nightlife. Includes multiple EV chargers onsite, making this an ideal stay for weekend getaways, road trips, or extended stays in the heart of Scottsdale.
Please no additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but please contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 dollar charge per person per day.
Loss of pool key is a $200 dollar charge
**Please Note: Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. We also charge $150 on the first day and $100 per day thereafter to heat the pool.
Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking
No Animals*** Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be asked to leave the premises or fined up to $200 dollars
No smoking/vaping or drug use! This is a zero tolerance policy. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine, this also subjects you to termination of the stay should we decided to.
NO PARTIES... No exceptions. Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. (business events are allowed)
If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund.
Late checkout`s can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :) $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. (Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property)
If you do not have any reviews I do require an up to date state ID and may ask for a security deposit at the owners discretion.
No crypto mining on premises, should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued.
Be respectful of the neighbors, this is a family friendly neighborhood.
Pool rules-
No jumping or diving in.
NO GLASS in or near the pool.
Use of alcohol, narcotics or medications is not permitted on the premises
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Women who are pregnant should consult a doctor before swimming
Check children in diapers hourly and change them away from the pool edge.
No food/drink in the pool

We stayed in this condo for a mom/son/Grandpa weekend getaway. This condo was perfect in every way! Super clean, simple decor, beds were cozy. We walked everywhere and barely used a car!!! We walked to old town Scottsdale for restaurants and walked across the street to the mall to shop. We walked to the Cholla Trail and hiked to the top of Camelback Mountain. At night, we watched movies in the living room and couch was cozy. If you are looking for a simple, clean place to stay, this is it! Tori was super responsive and even let us check in early as we had an early flight. I can’t recommend this condo enough !!! We will be back! Thank you!

The fan in the master bedroom was not working and it took 2 days to be replaced. The owner was responsive said he would discount our stay but did not. The furniture wasn't very nice, but serviceable. It was a good location.
