Vacation at the Calypso Resort unit 1501 E! Enjoy a family vacation overlooking the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar sands in our FIVE-STAR RATED PLATINUM UNIT! This condo sleeps 8 MAX.
Our professionally decorated, three FULL bedroom with three FULL bath, non-smoking condominium will wrap you in luxury. Furnished throughout with "Tommy Bahama" furniture and decor. You will find all the comforts of home! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to spoil your family and friends.**Maximum of 2 parking passes per unit**
You will feel welcomed as you walk into a spacious living room and dining area complete with all the comforts of home. The dining area will seat six! Additionally, we have three bar stools at the kitchen bar for extra seating! The living room and dining area provides ample space with spectacular views of the gulf!
The granite wet bar with a separate sink from the kitchen is a must! You can make those cold beverages after those long hot days on the beach. You may prefer to sit on your furnished balcony and watch the auburn sunsets over the gorgeous gulf waters! This unit offers a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer!
The private master suite offers a romantic setting with gorgeous decor. You will enjoy your private sliding glass door that leads to the balcony! Watch the ocean waves from your king size bed or watch TV on your FLAT screen or a DVD on one of the FOUR DVD players in the condominium! The master bathroom is truly first class! It has granite countertops, double vanities, separate walk-in marble shower and an over-sized garden tub to relax in, after those exhausting days on the beach!
The guest suite has a luxurious queen size bed! No expense was spared when we decorated this unit! This suite has its own entrance to the second bathroom with granite countertops and walk-in shower as well! You may watch TV on your upgraded flat screen or put a DVD on and watch it!
The third bedroom has two twin size beds! A perfect room for the kids! They have their own TV and DVD player! They have plenty of room to play! Since, this unit has three bathrooms, the kids have their own bathroom as well!
We also offer FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET!
Please note you will be required to pay $60 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2.
Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

Very nice end unit. Check-in was easy, some dishes/pans were very dirty (had food on them). Wi-Fi was very good.Furniture in great room needs to be replaced. The panoramic views were outstanding. The resort was very nice and we would stay there again.

We stayed in this unit for a week in July. While the location is ideal, (located on the main strip) this is a very touristy area, especially in July. The traffic was INSANE! It took an hour to drive 2 miles. Its right across the street from Pier Park and directly on the ocean. But again...INSANE traffic! This condo itself was roomy but the furniture was very worn. The couch in the picture is not what was in the room It was a much smaller, cheaper couch. Very uncomfortable for an adult to sit on. The mattresses were old and worn. The balcony had old broken chairs and 1 chaise lounger that was also broken. The walls were dirty from scuffs throughout. The whole condo could use a good painting.
The pools were nice but there were so many rules that you couldn't enjoy it. No drinks in or near the pool. You have to stay out of the pool with them and you cannot sit on the side of the pool to enjoy them either. No floats, no balls, no frisbees, no anything allowed in the pool either. Basically you can get in and stand around or swim but nothing else. There is a pool guard who walks around and enforces all these rules. If you were lucky, you might land one of the 10-15 lounge chairs available but only if you got up early and ran down to the pool and sat there all day. No saving chairs. There is no shady spots for the littles or elderly anywhere around the pool. Not worth the price!
