About this apartment rental

Estudio La Suite en un edificio de gran calidad con portero, cerca del centro turístico, comercial, financiero y administrativo de Asturias. Orientación oeste, soleado y luminoso. Factura.

Totalmente amueblado y equipado con Wifi, cafetera Nespresso e italiano, sábanas y toallas de algodón, secador del pelo, plancha,... Todos los detalles que le harán sentirse como en casa.

Garaje a 300m: 7€/día, 45€/semana. Fácil acceso a la autopista de circunvalación.

Precios especiales para el curso académico de septiembre a junio.

Distancias a pie: parada de bus 3’, Auditorio 5’, Parque San Francisco 5’, Parque de Invierno 5’, Catedral 10’, Teatro Campoamor 10’, Centro de Congresos 10’.

Admito perros previa consulta a la reserva y depósito de fianza de 200€.
