La location è molto bella e particolare, un albero 🌳 ti dà il benvenuto all entrata. Porte intarsiate , una grande cucina di legno scuro sembra una baita ma sei praticamente in riva al mare , un giardino con due alberi maestosi. Due bagni favolosi di cui uno doccia sauna rilassante. Camera ampia insonorizzata , letto comodo e tutti i confort teli mare e asciugamani biancheria compresa, acqua, caffè e spesa di cortesia. Ombrello mare !!Omaggio di benvenuto, una bella bottiglia di vermentino sardo. Ho apprezzato il particolare modo la privacy della struttura, l indipendenza di aver un appartamento in esclusiva solo per te senza condividere spazi comuni. Eccellente qualità
Niente. Tutto eccezionale, per chi viaggia la comodità di trovare una struttura tutto compreso che ti permette di viaggiare leggero . Ideale per relax e lavoro. Io ero qui con il mio gruppo ma tornerò volentieri con la mia famiglia.

What a great apartment, two minute walk to the beach !The sauna shower was amazing , the garden and the bid kichen. Brezzadimare was an excellent host and very responsive.

1) close to the beach (across the small pine forest)
2) dish washing machine
3) coffee making machine with capsules
4) oven

1) extra linen sheets that were provided are 20€ each! ( we were told night before checkout )
2) you should sort the trash!!!
if you are not aware about that, you need to pay for unsorted trash 20€ per bag! ( we were told we need to sort night before checkout)!!
3) WiFi is hidden and the signal is very poor !
It was such a challenge to catch it! and it was dripping off frequently!
4) cockroaches are leaving with you :)
I saw it below the coach and in the dishwasher
5) no cafe nearby, you need to cook by yourself
6) bedroom was in the underground, that was not comfortable (humid, cold, poor light)
7)if you are parking at the property, be aware that entrance to thw parking is super narrow!! (but free)
