Location is perfect!
Ground floor unit was a great position for us and the unit was spacious. Nice dark bedrooms for sleeping in.
Kitchen needs to be re-kitted out as lacking basic kitchen supplies like mugs, knives, egg flip etc. It was manageable but for the price I’d expect to have a full kitchen. Advised the real estate on check out who said they were going to do a full inventory so hopefully this is resolved for the next people.

Location and layout . Unit is spacious.
Very loud at times , unit could have been cleaned a bit better . Fridge hadn’t been wiped out and lots of sand on the floor .

Location is good
The oven had been cleaned with some sort of toxic waste. We used it to cook and it left all the food smelling of cleaner and we had to throw it out. TV needs updating. Along with the pillows.
