it’s absolutely horrible trying to access upon arrival. Staff on property doesn’t have any access and the owner of property leasing staff tried to scam me into paying again said I didn’t pay. I have the text to prove. it took me 3 hours to get checked in cost me literally one day of my vacation evening. I should get a free stay because the time before I spent hours sitting outside my condo locked out because passcode didn’t work. they had to call a locksmith it was 1am before I got inside. they gave me a bottle of Wine to say I’m sorry. I do not drink alcohol.

Location was great! The kids love the water park.
I notice they said if you leave stains on towels. You will have to replace them. White towels do not stay clean. Also i notice some stains on the mattress cover. Also the blinds was missing some links and one was behind the curtain on the floor. I just let it stay there. But i had a great time and would love to come back. My family had problems with the air at there rental but ours was perfect. Cold!! Thank You
