Welcome to our historical Duplex . Built in the 30s and conveniently located just a few blocks from Lake Eola, Thornton Park and plenty of dinning and entertainment. The space provides a place to relax, secluded in one of downtown's more sought after neighborhoods. Walk to Amway center, Dr Phillips performing arts center, Lake Eola or jump on the highway direct to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Walt Disney World.
