Lovely basement apartment suite, includes 1 modern bedroom, newly remodeled full bathroom, 1200 sq ft mother-in-law suite with private rear entrance, chic full kitchen, three beds (1 queen, one small twin sofa bed, one full futon bed) full laundry with washer/dryer, shared covered/screened in patio and backyard. Very safe upscale location close to shopping areas and GMU.

Huge flat screen HDTV with Netflicks, Amazon Prime Video, and many more channels. Giant partially fenced in backyard with breathtaking wooded views. Upper two floor of the home are completely separate and generally occupied by the host or occasionally other renters.

Such a beautifully and thoughtfully designed space! Plenty of room to spread out and relax, love the recliners! I was cozy and content all weekend. Conveniently located too! Hoping to book again for this summer when I’m back on the area!

Host was very responsive. Dog friendly space with adorable fire place, large TV and comfy sitting area.

WeThanks again for the wonderful sya had a wonderful time in the D.C. area visiting our grandson for the fist time. The stay was wonderful and the room was more than we could have hoped for and we were close to our Daughter and Son-in-Law and of course the grand baby.Next time we will book the condo that is in the same copmplex as our daughters and be within walking distance!!!
