This incredibly beautiful upscale penthouse unit is both cozy and inviting with phenomenal Gulf views from an expansive private twelfth-floor balcony. The living area features upscale furniture, a cozy settee, three coordinating chairs, a great flat screen TV, a DVD player, and access to your private penthouse balcony where you can see for miles! This unit has been upgraded with travertine flooring in the main living areas. You will also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen upgraded kitchen with cherry cabinets, fine appliances, and everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. There is plenty of dining seating with a fine dining table for eight as well as four bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a lovely king bed, a large flat screen TV, and access to a private full bathroom with a custom tiled shower. The guest bedroom features a great queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and access to the second full bathroom. You will find hall bunks just off of the guest bedroom featuring two sets of twin over twin bunk beds with designer bedding. The unit also includes a CD stereo system, a wine fridge, wireless internet access, and a private washer and dryer. The view was amazing! Everything was clean, the balcony was great! The only problem we had was we couldn't get the volume and power buttons on the TV remote to work in the bedroom with the queen bed.Everything thing else was exceptional

We loved the view and the beds were very comfortable. Glad netflix and disney plus were included. I would definitely stay there again. It was nice they had beach chairs and beach toys.

The view was everything, the rooms were very spacious. My only concern was the room on the site had an ocean view but it's blocked and wasn't able to be used by us, so maybe it should be noted

Pros: AMAZING view of ocean, great parking, and no long elevator wait times.
Cons: Unfortunately, these outweigh the pros in our opinion. The furniture was some of the most uncomfortable we have ever sat on. The couch is so worn out, it was difficult for us, including our 5 year old, to get off of, because it sinks so far down. Watch your step when walking out onto the balcony. The barrier is higher than normal. My 60 year old mom fell within the first 5 mins of us being there because she tripped, & my 5 year old tripped a couple days later. The dryer door is a pull down and it doesn’t not work in the space. The door can only be opened a fraction of the way because of how close the wall is to the door. The vents in both bathrooms sound like a motor running on a car & unfortunately, the vents are hooked on with the main light fixtures. The toilet in the master bathroom runs almost constantly. We had to keep the door closed because I’m a light sleeper and it woke me up at night. The sheets on the master bed kept coming off and they were very difficult to get back on. One of the barstools has a cushion that is not attached and someone could get hurt if they tried to use it. I thought this place was actually located ON the beach, but it is not. It is across a street. It’s a small street, but there’s traffic none the less. Getting to the beach is difficult to figure out. There’s only one sign (that we saw) pointing to the beach. We didn’t know at first we had to go through the pool area to get to the beach, so we walked all the way around the entire building. Finally, there were quite a few gnats all around the condo.
I honestly wanted to rate the place less than a 3. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is for the space of the place, the view, & how great the parking was. Other than that, unfortunately, we probably won’t be back.
