This lovely two bedroom, two bathrooms, condo on the first floor offers a picturesque beach and Gulf view with a convenient stairway from the balcony to the beach boardwalk. The kitchen is fully equipped and has nice wood cabinets, full-size appliances, full housewares, tiled floors, and full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet. The primary bedroom offers a majestic four-poster king bed, cozy bedding, a TV, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a DVD player. The living area has a great casual nautical feel with red, white and blue colors, a comfortable red sofa, a matching loveseat, a West Indies style loveseat, and a chair with ottoman. There is a dining table for six, an outdoor wicker patio set, as well as two bar stools for more casual seating at the bar.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach service is available March 1 - October 31.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Enjoyed the hot tub.The washing machine did not work and I let them know.The view from the balcony was not as good as the picture on the website. The palm trees are in the way of the beach, also the tree leaves were in the balcony and needs cut back. The balcony picture on the website needs to be updated!! I was wanting to see the beach from the balcony and you advertised that. You say gulf view condo and it is not anymore cause the palm trees have grown!!Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property had everything we needed. We could walk right out to the pool, and it was about 20 yrds to the beach. Very convenient. Comfortable bed and couches. There was a little peeling paint, limited kitchen items, and we reveiced the wrong lock code at check in, but those were minor issues for a great condo in a great location overall.

We loved that we had stairs that lead to the pool and beach without having to wait on the elevator. We loved how comfy the bed was.

Overall the location is ideal. The description makes you think you take a few steps down to the pool, but it is actually a whole flight of stairs. So we had to use the elevator to the
bottom floor to go to the beach to get our
wagon and chairs and cooler down. The condo itself needs a really good updating. Screens were broken, no hot water. Smelled like cat pee. The mainsail property is very nice. I would stay there again, just not at this condo.
