LOCATION
This is a uniquely secluded and magical place to stay in Tulum—close to nature and history, yet walking distance to downtown's restaurants and bars. Playa Paraiso and the Tulum ruins are less then 10 minutes away by bike. From the property, you're within a 10-min walk to downtown Tulum, including groceries, restaurants, bars, etc. The development is very safe, surrounded by an electric fence with gated entrance and a 24-hour security guard, so only registered guests and owners can enter. As soon as you exit the development, there is a police checkpoint on the main road. We highly recommend biking in Tulum, but there’s dedicated parking if you decide to rent a car. We can also provide a private driver or numbers for some local taxis, though you’ll usually get the best price hailing a taxi on the street.

We loved staying here in this small gated community with security guard, we thought the property was perfectly located between the ruins / national park and the town center.
The mattress was one of the best we have ever slept on!
Val our dedicated concierge was so helpful and friendly, she helped us renting bikes, recommended excellent restaurants as well as helping us resolve a problem when we lost a key to a bike lock.
Couldn't have been a better introduction to the lovely town of Tulum, MX.

Overall I was very happy. I will say that in general the property needs repairs to canvases and outdoor cushion replacement and trash and debris accumulation along the entrance to the grounds. This didn't lead to a particularly negative experience, but are areas for improvement. I spent a lot of time in the roof top pool which was very private overlooking the jungle and town. That was lovely.

Stayed here for our anniversary! Close drive to the beach strip and your right at the edge of the city so it’s perfect! Definitely would stay here again!
