This ground-floor condominium has a wonderful beach cottage feel and wonderfully convenient access to the beach boardwalk off the back patio facing the Gulf. The living room offers a sofa, a loveseat, two chairs, and a dining table for four for plenty of seating. The main bedroom has a large king-size bed, upscale tropical bedding, and light wood furniture. There is one full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, as well as a half-bathroom, for your convenience. You will find the kitchen is fully-equipped with all the cookware and appliances you need to prepare a delicious meal. The kids will really love the fun built-in twin bunk beds with nice quilted bedding! Both the bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players. Enjoy your own music on the sound system.

This is our 3rd time staying in this unit. This time we brought our whole family, who stayed in other units in the condo complex. So convenient! We had an absolute wonderful time being footsteps away from each other. My family always enjoys our stay in this unit. Unit meets all needs. The Beach service is much appreciated, complex staff works hard to maintain clean communal areas and units and office staff is helpful.

I have to say I was a little skeptical about this condo after reading the reviews, but we went with it anyway. It was a perfect spot for my family for vacation. It does need some paint and it does need some updated furniture but it housed my family just fine for 6 days. I will say that for the price, I was expecting a bit more space, though.

Overall my stay was very nice. Wonderful location!! The condo was well kept, not perfect. Could use a deep clean. Communication with Vacasa was slow. Info about beach chairs was unclear. Vacation also said I could bring a small tent for the beach but that’s not true at this condo complex.
