Come and enjoy the amazing sunset views from unit 410 (4th floor) at Magnolia House. The unit has been fully renovated with new flooring, paint, and lighting. This unit provides a lanai where you can relax from a wonderful day on the beach. The guest bedroom features a double and a twin bed and private access to the hall full bath. The main bedroom has a Queen Bed with private bath. The living area has a sofa bed that sleeps two. This condo features lovely outside patio with amazing views of the bay. Other amenities include a 30x30 seasonally heated pool, a community hot tub, a large sundeck, bathrooms, a picnic area complete with 3 charcoal grills, shuffleboard and 2 tennis courts. The property also has bike rentals, Wi-Fi, and Seasonal beach service. The views are unlike any other in Destin, offering a front-row seat off your own private balcony.

Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Destin Pointe is a lovely resort complex at an excellent location.
Our condo is well equipped with all we need. The view from the balcony is magnificent. The only complaint is the issues we reported are never fixed.

The ocean view and pool areas I loved the most and the shopping center were close that's a plus for me

We have just returned from a 6 day stay in this condo. If you are looking for a beautiful view this is the condo for you. We were 2 grandparents, with our daughter our son in law and their two children. Air conditioning worked great but we had other issues which I will not post here. Vascasa and owner are aware.
