About this apartment rental
Cozy one-room apartment in the Frisian style for 2 people. Located in a quiet outskirt of List, toward Ellenbogen. The sunny balcony facing the dunes offers peace and relaxation well into the evening.
A high-quality fold-down bed helps maximize space utilization.
Two sturdy bicycles are available in the basement.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee).
The property also includes a free parking space in front of the house.
The tourist tax, which varies by season, is 3.60 euros per person per day during the high season. During the off-season from October 1 to April 30, the tourist tax is only 1.80 euros per person per day. The tourist tax is payable only by adults. Children and teenagers up to age 17 are exempt. The tourist tax is charged in addition to the accommodation fee and will be billed separately by us.

Hat alles super funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Fahrräder im Keller sind ein tolles Plus.
Wir haben besonders die Nähe zum Aussichtspunkt auf der Wanderdüne sehr genossen, der toll ist, um Sonnenuntergänge und Sterne zu bestaunen.

Die Wohnung ist mit wirklich allem Ausgestattet was man benötigt. Auch in der Küche fehlt absolut nichts- Kaffee/Tee und ein paar Basics wurden sogar gestellt. Auch zwei Fahrräder waren zur freien Nutzung vorhanden. Für eine Woche oder kürzer können wir die Wohnung absolut empfehlen! Da die Betten im Schrank sind und ausgeklappt neben Couch/Stühle nicht mehr viel Platz bleibt, sollte man besser mit leichtem Gepäck reisen oder alle Schränke nutzen. Auf dem Balkon hat man Mittags bis abends Sonne. Rollläden helfen die Wohnung bei Sonnenschein kühl zu halten.
Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern vorab und auch die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr entspannt.

Wir haben eine Woche in der sehr kleinen, aber gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsaus- bzw. Ortseingang von List. Sehr schnell ist man am Ellenbogen oder in der Stadt. Die Fahrräder haben wir gerne genutzt. Der Balkon liegt tagsüber in der Sonne - wir konnten die Wärme dort genießen.
