Küchenausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Minimale Anzahl von Besteck, nicht einmal Schneidbretter. Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Matratzen im Schlafzimmer völlig durchgelegen. Bettwäsche teilweise fleckig. Für das Bett in der Galerie war kein Laken vorhanden. In der engen Duschkabine war kein passender Halter für den Duschkopf, so dass man diesen permanent in der Hand halten musste. Das Bidet im Bad hat kaum Wasserdruck. Der Raum in der Galerie weist allenfalls Sitzhöhe auf. Beim Kühlschrank ist das Gefrierfach defekt, offensichtlich schon länger, da dort ein entsprechender Hinweis angebracht ist. Eine Raum- Verdunklung für die Nacht bzw. zur Beschattung tagsüber ist mit den vorhandenen Gazevorhängen nicht möglich. Für die vorhandene Gartenliege ist keine Auflage vorhanden. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum Gargnanos ist mit 0,7 km angegeben. Die tatsächliche kürzest mögliche Entfernung beträgt mit dem Auto knapp 4 km, zu Fuß über einen extrem steilen Steig 1,4 km. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Allerdings liegt das Haus direkt an einer viel befahrenen Pass-Straße, die von zahllosen getunten Autos und Motorrädern als Rennstrecke umfunktioniert wird, sodass man tagtäglich von ca. 8 Uhr morgens bis zum Dunkelwerden einem Ohren betäubenden Lärm ausgesetzt ist. Fazit: nie wieder.
