โลเคชั่นติดรถไฟฟ้าสะดวกก็จริง เป็นปัญหาหนักมากสำหรับการนอนหลับเนื่องจากว่ามันเป็นเสียงรถไฟทั้งคืนซึ่งกว่าจะหยุดวิ่งก็ประมาณตีหนึ่งได้ส่งรถส่งอะไรเสร็จ ตอนเช้ามาตี5 รถไฟฟ้าเริ่มทำงาน ซึ่งหมายความว่าเสียงดังมากจนทำให้เป็นปัญหาและกระทบกับการนอนมาก สองคืนที่ไปใช้บริการไม่สามารถนอนหลับได้เลยเป็นสองคืนนรกที่สุด เตียงนอนแย่มากนอนแล้วปวดหลังมาก เตียงเล็กเหมาะสำหรับแค่คนเดียวไม่เหมาะสำหรับสองคน เช็คอินก็ยากนะไม่มีพนักงานสักคนต้องโทรหาซึ่งถ้าคนที่ไม่ได้ภาษาคือจบ 0 ค่ะ

Overall not a horrendous stay and somewhat good value for Tokyo.
We did however have some issues with the apartment such as a blocked drain in the bathroom which backed up and stunk! Reported this after first time using the bath and three further times to the host who promised to at least clean/have a go at unblocking the drain, but alas they never attended. Not only that but the power turned off as we were leaving so the lift wasn't working and we had to carry two heavy suitcases down 7 flights of stairs.
The owner never replied to our ask for compensation, go in with your eyes open to this one.

I like the location since its just 5 to 7 mins from the train station which is connected to major cities though its far from the city. Many restaurants & shops around the area. The problem is they don't have aircon. So when you arrive in the room, its hot even the weather is cold. The aircon/ warmer is super dirty. Room with dust. Table is broken. No chair even they said it should have a chair so i asked for it many times & all they do is say sorry. Elevator is on the 2f so if your luggages are heavy, its hard to go down using the stairs. The people around the area during the night are noisy. Sink with cracks. You cannot leave luggages after check out. Check out time strictly at 10am. Refrigerator with very thick ice already. They have shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap, new bath towels. Hard to find where to throw the trashes so i always wait for the staff when someone arrives to clean other rooms. Which is not everyday. I hope you clean more please. Overall, the stay is not so bad most especially during the sakura season, its rare to find a price they offer with own toilet & bath.
