Was a nice stay, I hope you streamline some processes.

The configuration of the bathroom was wonderful. Different from other hotels. Made more sense. I love love the aesthetic of the room. Love the sitting area instead of a closet. And the moveable table was great. The shower was superb as well. The sun shade was absolutely fantastic. Every hotel should have that feature. It is a good facility. With a few streamline features, it could be worth revisiting.

There needs to be a place to park at the entrance upon check in. There also needs to be a sign by the road. I had to look for Braums the whole time because there was no sign. You never would have known it was back there. The flow for breakfast was a nightmare and needs to be addressed.

People beside us were extremely loud throughout the night keeping us up after my husband had a five hour surgery that day and we had an appointment the following day, we also had our five year old son with us. So we got maybe 2 hours of sleep all together.

The staff’s knowledge of how reservations from booking.com work. I was charged for the room once by booking.com and twice by the hotel for what should have been only a $30 refundable incidentals charge. Now it has become a nightmare to get a refund.

Super Clean. Nice & easy breakfast. Good price. Comfy bed. Spacious room. New facilities. Braums is in walking distance (right in front of the hotel). Coffee bar with hot water, microwave is open on first floor to use in evening. We didn't use it this time but small outdoor swimming pool looked clean and quiet.

Great customer service. Particularly lovely young woman at the front desk both the evening and during the 2nd day of our stay. Loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. Clean and we ended up in a disability-kind room which was huge!
