The condo was beautiful and the location to the Disney property was great. However, the area is run down and a little sketchy. The front desk staff were young, unprofessional, not knowledgeable and just rude. They were not able to answer questions unless they called management and you never saw management. Not sure they are even on the property. However, other than the front desk staff, the other minimal staff we saw were very friendly especially the café or snack bar staff - the lady and gentlemen working their were a ray of positive sunshine.
