The Policiano, with its 90 square meters, is the largest apartment at "La Casa delle Querce".
It is located on the first floor and consists of a very spacious living-dining room furnished with period Tuscan Renaissance furniture, a large open kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers.
In the living room, two sofa beds provide sleeping accommodations for two additional guests.
It features all the amenities: a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large double-door refrigerator, a gas oven with grill, and dishes.
The bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside, facing the pool, there is a private area with a table and benches.

Luca was an incredible host. The property was beautiful and very well maintained and in a great location. He provided good recommendations on places to visit and made the check in and out process easy. The view from the shared patio is amazing and the pool was pretty too. We didn’t realize until too late that there is a washing machine and clothes lines available on the property. Altogether though I would be very happy to stay again!

We arrived to La Casa delle Querce after a car ride from Florence. We met with Luca. He told us of the area and gave us a map with suggestions of regions and places to explore. We stayed in the Policiano suite. It was a wonderful! We had space to spend together sharing our day as well as space to spend quietly in our room when needed. The grounds and views are AMAZING! The pool was not open for use, but the pool lounges and chairs were out to enjoy the view and sunshine. Loved listening to all of the birds and frogs(?) at night. Would stay again, Luca is a thoughtful and gracious host!

Didn't stay here. Booked wrong dates for trip. Somehow booked Mar 11-13 verses May 11-13!
