The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and attentive. I've travelled extensively and this team was among the best! I hope the company is treating these ladies well! The room was great as well. Excellent shower, AC and it was very quiet. The location was just a block off Plaza de Armas and in the middle of the historic city center, just minutes from everything.

The location couldn't be better - the centre of town and within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The staff were all very helpful, letting us know some interesting places to visit and where to eat. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay here!

Very convenient location in the historical heart of the city. Quiet at night. Close to nice restaurants.
Walking distance to main places of interest in the city. Really attentive service.
Continental breakfast would benefit by adding some healthier bakery choices (dark flour and unsweetened)
