Approximately 558 square feet, this exquisitely homey One-Bedroom Condo features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a kitchenette, and bathroom. Maximum of 4 occupants.
Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, In Room Safe, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Television, and Wi-Fi Internet Access.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains is Mc Ghee Tyson Airport which is 24 miles by car respectively.

We booked a stay with the Wyndham Smokey Mountain property for a trip. The facilities were excellent and the units we stayed in were very clean and well appointed. We had the majority of things we needed for cooking. We were pretty close to Parkway and it was pretty quite at night. The location was good if you needed to get to Dollywood or to Pigeon Forge area. I would book this location again the future if I was on vacation there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge. The upgrade was greatly appreciated and made our family’s experience even better than expected.

The condo was decent and clean. However my issue was with the reservation. We booked 4day/3 nights but about a week afyer bokking received a call saying that we were "chosen" to receive 3 free nights with no catch. We knew this was too good to be true and declined the offer however, we then received an email showing the 3 extra nights added and a different reservation. When we called the number on the reservation email, wyndham told us that they showed us staying 6days/5nights and that they could not help us and that we needed to contact vrbo about this. We called vrbo and the representative said that was "weird" and that he could not help me but would contact the property owner and have them call me. The owner never did. At checkin, there were all kinds of flags on our reservation bc of this and we had to spend precious vacation time clearing it up. We declined all presentations, ticket offers etc... and finally got to get our bands to get into our room. A little inconvenient when traveling with a 10 month old and a 7 year old. I really hope they make this more seamless so as not to cause the unnecessary stress that it caused me.
