Location. Fridge
Difficulty in finding parking. Very noisy in the morning when people are leaving. Building work going on downstairs very noisy.

Breakfast was affordable and phenomenal, and the decor of the lobby and dining room make the hotel stand out. Location is a short, easy walk from the waterfront. Staff made check-in easy.
My room was comfortable but spare and a bit cold (in fairness, I visited deep in the off-season).

Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds.
Some power sockets weren't working, the balcony shutter didn't work and there was a smell of damp in the bathroom.
