Dobrze wyposażony apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko do centrum, największych atrakcji Torunia. Bardzo fajnie, że w apartamencie jest ekspres do kawy - dla kawoszy super opcja. Na weekend okej.
Niestety, ale zapach papierosów jest nie do zniesienia, prawdopodobnie ktoś z lokatorów bloku pali, bo również na klatce schodowej strasznie śmierdziało papierosami. Ponadto w łazience pod prysznicem nie działała dobrze bateria, cały czas się wyłączała. Szkoda, że apartament jest w starym bloku z lat 70, na początku myśleliśmy że źle trafiliśmy, trochę odstrasza i także odstraszają karmniki deratyzacyjne na każdym piętrze.
