The house fit our basic needs for a few nights.

The property was spacious.

The property was in a questionable neighborhood where we didn’t feel comfortable, leaving anything in our vehicles or being outside at night time. The house was spacious however, the bedrooms upstairs did not have a bathroom and the steps were very hard to walk up and down. Also, the description and pictures were a bit misleading as to what we were faced with. It sells it like a luxurious retreat and it is literally a Camelback in the hood. There’s no backyard fixed up or fire pit or barbecue like it said there’s just an old broken grill in a yard full of trash. The only TV in the house was in the living room and we never could get it working and we never could get the Internet to work as well.

Would not recommend, this property needs some serious renovation, fixing and updating.

Easy access from I65 and some places within walking distance. Bedrooms are a good size, cooking facilities work ok, showers work in both bathrooms with decent pressure, decent wifi.

Where to start. The lock to the front door did not work (it seemed to, but you could push the handle a couple of times and then get in) so the property was not secure when you left it. The floors where dirty from day 1 (had not been cleaned with proper cleaner, suspect just mopped with water to move the dust around) so your feet were filthy every day. The upstairs rooms had not been swept before we came in and the window fan units had not had the filters cleaned in what looked like months (we cleaned them for them). The main bath did not drain (we ended up cleaning that ourselves) and the fan in the second bathroom did not work (we reported this, no fix made). The mirror in the main bathroom was broken in one corner and will cut your hand if you don't watch for it. In terms of what is provided, no trays for the over, limited flatware, no dish soap (which is funny when you read the instructions). The front door lock was replaced after around 1 1/2 hours of back and forth with the managing agent which led to some of our party missing the first day of the festival we came to attend. The replacement lock worked, after a fashion. Other things to note - back garden is not fenced off from the lane (so don't have privacy), the doors show daylight around them and do not fit properly, the floor in the main upstairs bedroom is badly laid and you will catch your feet in it, and the bathrooms are both downstairs so, upstairs bedroom users, be aware that the steps down are very steep.

Horrifying

It was filthy dirty and smelled of mold. We weren’t able to stay in the home at all! They refused to relocate us or refund our stay! The windows didn’t have latches to lock up the home. Two different Uber drivers said it was an unsafe neighborhood. Booking.com refused to assist with us getting our refund. It was a health and safety hazard!

It was fifths dirty. Unsafe, it was a health and safety hazard. We could not be in the home. The window latches were broken off, the grim on the floor was black, the walls were all marked up, both bathtubs had black grime dripping down from never being cleaned, the air vents were covered with what appeared to be years of dust and filth, the home was moldy and musty. The company refused to help us upon checking and refused to refund me. Booking.com indicated they weren’t responsible and refused to help us relocate or get a refund. Or even provide any empathy for the trouble we were suffering.

Wonderful time

The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and it felt homey.

The only thing was the tub and sink in one of the bathroom took a while for the water to drain so you’d have to wait a while, but other than that it was a nice stay.

Disappointing

All of the sleeping areas were good size and beds were comfortable.

Everything was “ok”here are somethings we had problems with - Ants in the house I did find any traps in the cabinets - No hand towels in the bathroom - the living area and one of the bathrooms was very cold no matter how high the heat was turned up - at one point could access Netflix it is a shared account to many people watching
