About this house rental
Convenient to Downtown Pittsburgh, Stadiums (North Shore), Mt. Washington, and other attractions. Walking distance from Bars and Restaurants! Free parking on premises.
This cozy ranch is located on a residential street in the charming community of Green Tree, which is accessible to downtown Pittsburgh in minutes via I-376.
The house features a large driveway with off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles (please note that the garage is not available to guests). There are two bedrooms on the main level of the home, one of which contains a queen size bed and the other a Double (Full) bed. The house has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and is stocked with soap, toilet, paper, and basic toiletries in addition to clean towels.
In the kitchen, guests will find updated appliances that include a dishwasher, gas stove, and refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser and ice maker. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and basic pots and pans and cooking utensils. A Keurig with a variety of k-cups and cream and sugar is also provided. The spacious breakfast bar between the kitchen and living room accommodates up to six people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and the tv in the living room is equipped with Fire TV stick which includes Netflix, Hulu, and HBO.

Greentree is a suburban community 3 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh. There is a school, park, shops, grocery store, restaurants, bars, and a community pool within walking distance. There are 2 bus lines that serve the area; both of which are a 5 minute walk from the house. If you do decide to use public transportation, let me know and I can provide some additional suggestions.
