Summary
This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom modern architecturally designed house has been well thought out with great indoor and outdoor living areas and spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. With two outdoor dining and lounge areas both with overhead heaters you are spoilt for choice as to which view you wish to enjoy at any part of the day as well as being warm and dry no matter what the season. If that isn't enough the house also boasts an outdoor spa pool with views of the Remarkable Mountains.

Superbly located for year round activities including skiing, golfing, hiking, fishing, biking and water activities.
The Estate boasts a tennis court, Jetty, boat ramp, lakeside gas BBQs and tables for guest use.
Access
Guests will have access to one half of the garage.
The wine cellar will be locked for the owners personal use.
Space
The architect has really done their homework here to make sure the underfloor heating and feature gas fire make for a warm and cosy home in winter. While the polished concrete floors combine with the open plan flow of the outdoor areas help keep the house cool in summer.
If you love to cook you are going to enjoy this stylish kitchen with butlers pantry it has everything you need to create a superb meal while enjoying the local produce or if barbecuing is more your style we have you covered here too with a great outdoor BBQ area.

The house was just as described and seen in the photos. Simply Stunning. The panty and kitchen were fully stocked and the instructions and communication was excellent. Music system was awesome. Great place for walks along the lake as well as all the house has to offer.

This is the second time we have stayed at Oraka Lodge for a week of skiing and we loved it just as much second time around. It is a top quality place with great views, super warm inside with under floor heating and a great spa for soak after a day up the slopes. Everything was perfect.

Excellent property with all the bells and whistles you would expect at this price point. The location offers a peaceful escape without being too far from places like grocery stores and coffee shops. The house is big enough to host a large group, with bedroom placements and number of bathrooms making it feel like each person/couple has their own space. Amenities in the house were fantastic, including the speaker system, spa, gas fireplace and automatic blinds. Heaps of different sitting areas meant we could enjoy the spectacular views from different perspectives. If you stay here, I recommend you take the short walk down to the waters edge and jetty. It’s truly peaceful. The house has clearly been designed to handle the colder weather with in-floor heating and outdoor heat bars, which allowed us to spend more time enjoying the location. Deb was also an awesome host, providing some useful tips during our stay and ensuring we felt comfortable interacting with the various features of the house. Bedding was also super comfortable with luxury linen. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend.
