Where start? Being honest it was a nightmare - stairs everywhere. To access the property you have to go up stone stairs - but the top handrail was missing. There is a table and chairs outside with a bbq - I defy anyone to use it - it was burnt out and I don’t think it was ever cleaned.Inside the handrails moved away from the walls, the loo was so noisy it woke the whole house up, and even to access the loo were two steps. In the loo there was no plug in the handbasin - make sure you don’t loose anything down there, you won’t get it back. Also the seat to the loo is a disgrace - why hasn’t it been replaced. The shower unit is good and the flooring is non slip. The kitchen has a fridge, stand alone grill/rotisserie that only worked as the smallest oven you could imagine. The ‘cooker’ has 2 rings. Although there were two coffee makers, a toaster, microwave and the aforementioned grill there wasn’t a kettle. I asked why and was told in words of one syllable- as if to an idiot - to put water in a pan and onto the cooker top. No work surfaces, I burnt my arm trying to cook a basic meal. Half of the mugs supplied had cracks. There is a table with 2 benches - fine for a meal but not for an evening - we stayed there as the lounge was so inhospitable. In the lounge (down yet more rickety stairs) the tv had only French programmes and no dvd player. There is a bed- settee but why would anyone go to a room with absolutely nothing to commend it? The bedroom is a kind of mezzanine - more stairs to a bed in the eves. There is a serious danger of the person on the left of the bed knocking themselves out. Having said that the holes in the flooring will potentially have caught anyone in heeled shoes out first. I did not expect luxury, I did expect a reasonable level of comfort and more importantly safety. No smoke alarms, lighting that was at best in the kitchen area minimal.

The localization and the price are very good and the owner was nice.

The pool is not the private pool, it’s on the back of the owner house. They have some rules, you can use the pool only from 8am to 8pm.

La proximité de la ville de Figeac et de différents sites dans la région.

Le descriptif de Booking ne correspond pas à la location. Quatre niveaux, TV et WC/douche sans rideau au rez-de-chaussée. Sol en planches brutes recouverte d'un linot au lieu de carrelage, aucun rangement pour linge personnel, réfrigérateur ne conservant pas, four vétuste et rebutant son utilisation, pas d'articles de toilette gratuits et produits ménagers et pénétration du propriétaire en notre absence. Manque du détecteur de monoxyde de carbone

La terrasse

Plus de Rampe de sécurité dans la monté de l escalier qui mène à la terrasse Pas de rideau de douche alors que le WC ce trouve à moins de 1 m et qui est électrique Le frigo avait une odeur rat crevé pas moyen d y mettre de la nourriture la Literie avait déjà été très sollicité Avec cela le propriétaire me demande de bien le noté en lui mettant un 10 sur booking.com désolé je peux pas . Pas avant qu il est pris ses responsabilités pour remettre sont appartement en état.

La proximité de la ville de Figeac, très agréable.

Nous voyageons beaucoup, c'est la première fois que nous sommes accueillis avec aussi peu de respect . L'appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos et au descriptif. Etat très délabré (papiers peints décollés, lino, carrelage et planches dans le salon non fixés) , aucune intimité dans la salle d'eau, linge de maison sale (couettes et oreillers nauséabonds), rideau de douche moisi, four très sale (dégoulinures de gras), frigo avec une odeur de pourri, pas d'armoire pour ranger les vêtements. Barbecue cassé et sale (traces de nourriture). Le gite aurait besoin d'être rénové et réaménagé afin d'accueillir respectueusement les voyageurs.
