2日間家族4人で滞在しましたが、写真の通りのお部屋でベッドがかなり大きくてリラックスして寝れました。お部屋の広め、お風呂とトイレが別れているのも良かったです。道路沿いですが、騒音も気にならず良かったです。路面電車やショッピング施設などが徒歩5分程の距離で交通の面も素晴らしかったです。
トイレが臭すぎてトイレ掃除をしましたがあまり改善されず、2日間ずっと臭かったです。タオルやブランケットも匂いが気になりました。シャワーの水圧は弱めでした。私たちは特に気になりませんでしたが、窓が日はほとんど入らず日中でも電気をつけなかったら暗めで、逆に夜はベッド側の窓はうっすら光っており電気を消しても真っ暗にはならなかったです。

洗濯機のフィルターが詰まっており、掃除しないと乾燥機能がうまく使えなかった点
時折換気扇から鈍い音が聞こえる点
部屋にある延長コードのうちの一つが使用できない状態だった点
ベッドの下に少しホコリが溜まっていた点

立地もよくめちゃくちゃ広くてオシャレでよかった！！
流しにカビ、風呂もカビ、絨毯髪の毛と少し汚かった。
