Les Manoirs with Pool and Hot Tub near Village 120-7

It was clean and comfortable, but only heating, no AC. The laundry facility was very handy. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped with an odd assortment of crockery and cooking utensils. The seating was welcome and comfortable after a day's walking.

Interesting property. It was actually very nice, but the owners were very keen that clients leave them a 5-star review, but the property was not 5-star accommodation - there was not enough attention to detail. It was advertised with a private whirlpool but that wasn't the case - it was part of the closed shared pool complex. The living space had the noisiest refrigerator I've ever heard. Lack of lighting, especially in the bedroom. You needed to key the code into the door to both unlock and lock - the latter we only figured out after 3 days. My fault, but the documentation should have made that clear. This was good 4-star accommodation, but they have some way to go to be considered 5-star.

The location was perfect and close to the city centre of Mont Tremblant. But most of the time we went outdoors to the various NP in the area. The appartment was spacious and had all the things you would need if you stay a few days.

The extra bed was so so but okay for a few days

Ski shuttle bus was convenient, temperature was comfortable. Property was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen

Some issues with the lighting. Linens for the Murphy bed were not where they were supposed to be according to the instructions but we were found in multiple locations and pieced together which was a little frustrating due to our late arrival

The pool and hot tub associated with the condo properties was a good feature. A quick 10-15 min walk to the village was nice. The condo was set up nicely with the basics of what you would need.

The sofa couch is not something for anyone older than 6 to be able to sleep in. The apartment had multiple warnings of extra fines for quite a few things not doing dishes or garbage and additional cleaning fees but the place wasn’t that clean. Aka There was chips under the couch and coffee table. We had to pay an extra dog fee which we understood until our dog found this food left by prior renters. No information was provided on where linens where and the Murphy bed was not prepared and we had to search for bed sheets and pillows and blankets. At the nearly same fee as the fairmont we were looking at we weren’t impressed.
