The living area is comfortably furnished with a warm gas fireplace and easy access out to a balcony. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request. Additionally, there are two common area hot tubs.
La Casa is conveniently located just steps away from the Steamboat Ski area, and there is always something fun and entertaining to do in village, no matter the season. When it's time to dine out, this condo is within walking distance of popular local restaurants like T-Bar, Café Diva, and Slopeside Grill. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware & utensils, everything you’d need. Having 2 decks and gas fireplaces was a really nice bonus. There is also a small room with a bed on the bottom level under the stairs, which isn’t included in the listing. So there’s actually 4 beds. Overall a great place for the price!

Very nice place. We found out that you could walk about half a block to then ski down to the gondola and when finished for the day ski to that same place and have a short walk back. Hot tub was also very easy to get to a short 1 minute walk. Overall I would stay again. Thank you
