Boasting high vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and a spacious layout, this mountain gem will be just the place for your next family vacation or ski getaway with friends! This particular unit is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.
Kick your feet up and watch the snowfall outside while the warmth of the fireplace unthaws the skiers of the group. Though this home is a winter wonderland, the shared pool, hot tub, and private patio make this a great space for summer visitors as well! Regardless of the season, a homecooked meal always hits the spot, so head into the well-equipped kitchen and whip up a favorite recipe on all of the appliances of home. When the stars come out, break out the board games or cozy up with loved ones for a movie night on the TV!
The main bedroom features an attached bathroom with a steam shower. There is also a king bed and its own attached bathroom with a steam shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and an additional full bathroom.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.
You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Loved the location for snowboarding (walking distance), condo was very clean with what appeared to be new carpeting, heated pool, hot tubs, parking, front desk support were outstanding. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable, plenty of towels, loved the steam showers. Would stay here again.Just a few negatives for owners to make improvements. Internet was not great, ice maker did not work (had to buy ice bags), TVs in bedrooms had trouble connecting, kitchen supplies not great such as limited pots and pans, food storage containers. Many other VRBOs I stay at have kitchen supplies like at least some spices, coffee filters, extra trash bags, foil, plastic wrap, etc. which this condo’s kitchen did not.

The kitchen badly needs updated cooking utensils and knives. Also, some kind of wireless stereo unit. The stereo in the unit has cassettes and disks. They went out of style 15 years ago. Even a single bose speaker would work. Otherwise unit was very nice.

It is a great location and was a lot of fun for our son's baseball team. Our unit was on the third floor. Our unit did not have A/C or ceiling fans. The other units had ceiling fans. It was really hot when we stayed there and the first two nights are rooms were at least 80 degrees, even with the windows open using the box fans.
