Sébastien welcomes you "Aux hirondelles du chêne", group cottages located 20 km from Epernay and 45 km from Reims in a wine village in the Marne Valley. Our estate is ideally located to discover the Champagne region and its treasures.
Composed of two buildings completely restored in 2020 and a large 220m2 dining room, the "Aux Hirondelles du Chêne" estate is a place of charm and character for your family holidays, your private or professional receptions
The two independent cottages located side by side are located in a wooded park of one hectare. They offer a total sleeping capacity of thirty-five people. They are fully equipped for the reception of groups with professional kitchen, relaxation areas, lounges/living rooms, fourteen bedrooms, six bathrooms. The cottages benefit from an excellent level of comfort. Top-of-the-range bedding for all beds.
The outdoor area is landscaped and specially designed for groups with furniture available for meals, brunch or outdoor aperitifs: wooden tables and chairs (benches), parasols, XXL barbecue....
