Clean, comfortable, well equipped, super attractive location. Neighboring the lighthouse, few meters to the beach and piers.

Price/value ratio somewhat questionable. Damaged underground parking gate made us lose a lot of time, parking slots extremely tight, parking entrance looking neglected. Keys pick up and return could be organized closer to the property.
