Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

We received many emails regarding our reservation which was a minor nuisance. The place was clean and comfortable. A little pricey and the elevators are horrible. Takes forever to go anywhere. Especially if your on upper floors. We had a issue with our keypad lock. Called maintenance several times. Twice we got voice-mail then when someone finally showed up the guy told my son hes not sure whats wrong with it. That we need to make sure someone is in our room to let people in. I am not spending $1600+ to stay at the beach and someone have to stay in the room so we could come and go. So it took us about 15-20 tries each time we would go in the room to actually get inside. Not sure if we would stay here again.
