Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.
Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The townhouse was fantastic. We really felt like we were in the center of all the action. It was a quick drive to Rosemary Beach and Seaside. We never felt like we couldn't get there. The included golf cart was a giant benefit. It made quick trips as a group a blast, and we enjoyed it even though we had them at home. The pool was busy since spring break, but we never had issues getting a chair. The only downside is the local beach access policy, which is remediated by the State Park access, less than 1/2 mile away. The big chill was a game changer as it allowed us a "backup" option if we didn't feel like making dinner or going out. It was always hopping and had events every single night.
Communication with the Panhandle team was exceptional and effortless, with the ability to stop in the office at the Big Chill, call, or text, with all having highly prompt responses.
All said, we loved our stay and can't wait to come back again soon!

The property, style and décor was was absolutely modern and beautiful and extremely accommodating. You can tell a lot of thought and love went into the design of the unit. We cooked every night given the Pandemic and the unit had everything we needed. Access to the beach and pool were great as well along with the Hub across the street from the property was nice, just wish we could have enjoyed it a little more given the Covid 19 situation. I would have given 5 Stars all the way around but my only negative was the cleanliness of the property and the Golf cart. There was sand everywhere inside the property and the Golf Cart had no keys and was sooo dirty and not charged. We had to go back to property manager to get extra keys which wasn't too bad. Pretty sure the place was cleaner when we left then we arrived. Need a new cleaning crew for sure that does a better job, that is my ONLY recommendation. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect for our 4 Adults and 2 older teenagers. Golf Cart was a life saver hauling stuff to beach everyday. Would absolutely stay there again.
