High Tides & Good Vibes is well suited for families of all sizes with its large and open fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances. There is plenty of room for gathering while meals are prepared as the open floor plan allows for easy sight into the living area.

The 5,000 sq. ft. pool is surrounded by a large pool deck and nice shady areas in which to enjoy relaxing in one of the fantastic hammocks littered throughout. Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.
Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

What a remarkable week we had at this property! The attention to details with the decor and all things needed for a memorable beach trip are all evident. We happen to not be given the code to the golf cart key but communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to another trip!

This property was nice but there was not enough glasses (3 wine, 3 tumblers, 3 coffee cups) Minimal amount of utensils and pots and pans. This place is to accomodate a maximum of 6, we were 3 and there were not enough to accommodate us. The prices that we pay,, I would expect that the management company should inventory when they clean to make sure there are enough place settings and silverware for atleast 6 people. Poor manangement.
