The 120 m2 terrace is equipped with a beautiful octagonal above-ground wooden swimming pool of 5m by 3m on a height of 1.2m, it has a heat pump which allows to gain a few degrees at the beginning and end of the season (pool open as soon as the weather allows it towards the end of April and closed as soon as the weather no longer allows us to keep it at temperature towards the end of September, the opening of the pool can never be guaranteed because in the middle of summer like all swimming pools a prefectural decree can prohibit us from filling it or redoing the water level, we do everything possible to guarantee its use within the limits of our rights and the weather, the maintenance is carried out all season by a professional and we have equipped the pool with all the equipment for optimal water treatment), it is surrounded by wooden terrace and with a solar shower. The swimming pool is private and on the garden/terrace of the accommodation (fully enclosed), although the accommodations are in co-ownership there is no shared space, you have the pool only for you. The co-ownership of the duplex only results in the adjoining of certain walls (insulated) and a little vis-à-vis. On the opposite side, a small side of the terrace is adjoining, with a wooden privacy screen. We are next to the swimming pool of a campsite whose slides can be seen. A walkway upstairs overlooks the terrace and the pool for a few meters (the walkway allows people from the other accommodations of the copro to access their apartment, it is not terraces of other accommodations that would open onto the terrace, just a passage).
In terms of noise pollution, we are neighbours of the campsite (swimming pool and entertainment) and close to the road. This causes some nuisance, especially in July and August. The interior of the duplex is quieter ;)
