About this house rental
This two bedroom cottage in Bonnet Shores is a short walk to Little Beach. The home offers a calming palette of neutral beachy hues, and an open living, kitchen and eating space. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second bedroom features a double bed for your sleeping accommodations. Each bedroom has a television. There is one full bathroom in the home as well as a separate sink and mirror "powder area" as well as a roomy, enclosed outdoor shower and changing area. Adding to the amenities is central air conditioning, which includes an air purification system for guests' comfort. Laundry doesn't have to be a chore in the sunny laundry area which includes a full size washer and dryer.
The screened in front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea or watch the night sky. The spacious backyard and back deck is the perfect place to spend an evening after a day at the beach. Stay in and enjoy a family meal cooked in the well appointed kitchen, or outdoors on the grill.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

House is very nice, appears pretty newly renovated. Has an open concept kitchen, living room dining room. Living room has a double recliner, which I was very appreciative of. Screened in front porch is great. Nice back yard. A Nicky appointed laundry room. Bathroom is tight on space, but has a nice shower. A beach pass for the private Bonnet Shores beach is included (unfortunately for us, it had gone missing ☹️). Main draw back is no parking near the beach.

We had an amazing time at this really adorable rental home! Clearly recently updated this property is perfect for a smaller group of 4 or less and has a wonderful open airy feel to it. Very comfortable, clean, and well appointed with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and plan to return!
