Sunway - Pool & Spa Beach Resort

locatie buna, apartament spatios, bine compartimentat si utilat, destul de uzat, dar totusi ofera conditii bune, comunicare buna cu agentia care gestioneaza aceste cazari; un loc de parcare in cadrul complexului; spatii de joaca pentru copii langa cladire;

-exista o singura cheie de acces; -probleme cu centrala si furtunul de la dus, insa remediate a doua zi; -se poate insista mai mult in privinta curateniei; -desi centrul spa este gestionat de catre dezvoltatorul complexului, multi aleg aceasta locatie pentru a beneficia in sezonul rece de piscina interioara si saunele existente in cadrul centrului spa. Din pacate conditiile din cadrul centrului spa sunt proaste: apa rece si murdara in piscina, saunele destul de uzate, vestiare in stare deplorabila, mici, majoritatea lockerelor fiind defecte; nu exista personal dedicat care sa supravegheze activitatea in interiorul centrului spa. Ar trebui ca agentia care gestioneaza cazarea pentru numeroase apartamente din cadrul complexului sa intervina pe langa dezvoltator pentru cresterea calitatii serviciilor din cadrul centrului spa.

Spacious, stylish apartments that we really enjoyed. The proximity to the sea and the incredible sea view from both the bedroom and the balcony truly impressed us. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved having access to the indoor pool and sauna in the complex — just make sure to book in advance, at least a day before your visit. The host was a pleasure to deal with — always responsive, friendly, and very helpful, which was especially important as we arrived late. Would be happy to stay here again!

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Partial beach view. The resort has many facilities and there are knife restaurants around.

The main bedroom does not have an A/C and it is quite hot is summer.

The location it’s great, near the beach.

the household needs to put some efforts to have the house clean as the floor was pretty dirty on our arrival. Had to do a cleanup of the floor as my 1 year child foot was full of dirt. Also, the water was leaking in the bath, and the appliances were about to fall. Needs a bit of TLC.
