かみさんとワンコと宿泊しました。チェックインもスムーズに終え、ロビーでコーヒーとソフトクリームをサービスでいただきました。ワンコのおやつもあってサービスが行き届いていると感じました。館内のペットカートも無料で使うことができて、しかも室内ドッグラン付き。お部屋も綺麗で気持ち良く過ごすことができました。あと朝食もカレーが私好みの味でとても美味しく、３種のスムージーなどもあって大変満足でした。今度は夕食も付けてみようかな。料金も手ごろでとても良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました。
特にありませんが挙げるとすれば、駐車場に停めるのに少し苦労した点くらいですかね。

ペットと一緒に宿泊できるホテルに源泉掛け流しの温泉があるなんて、これこそ「the 別府！」だと感じました。

La taille de la chambre, le bain public, le petit déjeuner et le confort global (nous voyageons sans animaux, mais aucunement déranger par la présence des chiens des autres clients - très bonne insonorisation et aucune odeur des amis à 4 pattes).

Excellent diner and breakfast and very helpful restaurant staff. Great chef.
Nice public onsen with really hot water and a very hot sauna.
Very unpleasant welcome by a female drill sergeant. Nothing welcoming or warm about it.
Private onsen is nothing but a small bath tub with too cold water to my taste with no view.
Outdated room with a mattress that felt like a brick.
