Lokalizacja (kilka minut pieszo od parku zdrojowego, przy parku- widok na drzewa, spokój, śpiew ptaków), wyposażenie kuchni pozwalające na swobodne przygotowanie posiłków (dostępne garnki, kuchenka, mikrofalówka), ogrzewanie podłogowe w łazience i sypialni, łatwa i miła komunikacja z właścicielem (telefonicznie i przez sms).
Kominek elektryczny i klimatyzacja jako ogrzewanie do salonu z kuchnią mało przyjemny sposób ogrzewania w dłuższej perspektywie czasu. Mieszkanie ciemne (na parterze za drzewami).

Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. W apartamencie było czysto. Wszystko czego potrzeba było na miejscu. Świetne miejsce na pobyt z rodziną, bardzo blisko do centrum miejscowości. Świetna baza wypadowa na narty.

Jedynym plusem tej lokalizacji jest bliskość parku i ogólnodostępny parking.
Okropny zapach stęchlizny i wilgoci !!! Nie wiem skąd tak wysokie oceny - kanapa w salonie jest zapadnięta i normalnie wpada się w dziurę.. budynek ma już swoje dobre lata dawno za sobą. Poza tym przed moim przyjazdem chyba poprzednik palił papierosy w apartamencie bo smród nie do zniesienia dla kogoś kto nie pali ! Byłem z dziećmi i jestem zawiedziony.
