You will enjoy this retro vintage classic Sunriver vacation home. This charming 2 level condo has expansive windows all around to give you a nice light and bright airy feeling. The dining room seating for six plus additional seating with three bar stools. The Tennis Village Condos are each part of a four-plex.
Level 1:
The main level has the dining, kitchen, living and a bedroom with En Suite along with a half bath. The kitchen has a door to outside where there's a small patio. The living space also has a sliding door to outside.
The downstairs bedroom houses two Twin beds that can be made into a King bed, upon request.
Level 2:
Upstairs leads to a loft area with a couch that becomes a Queen bed and a chair. The second bedroom is also located upstairs and houses a King-sized bed. There is also the laundry and a full bath.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.

This is my second time at this cozy condo and once again, I loved it. Very close to the resort by foot and a 2-minute drive to Sunriver Village for trips to the store, etc. Extremely cute inside and quiet in the evenings, with good beds, bathrooms, etc. Absolutely recommend!

As advertised. Cozy place with comfortable beds and all the amenities. Group managing property was very responsive.

Good value for this older, well located place. Very near spa and indoor pickleball courts. Management was very attentive to problems with TV. Would choose this place again.

It is well supplied, but could use more eating utensils.
The beds were comfortable, but the linens were sparse and didn’t fit the beds well.
The location was very convenient, and the SHARC passes were a plus.
The biggest drawback is that there are so many decorations that it is virtually impossible to control the dust. The pulls on the curtains were so grubby, it was necessary to wash hands after opening or closing the living room curtains.
