We enjoyed the quiet location and the spacious appartment
Nice and large apartment on the 3d floor. Remote and tranquil location with plenty of hiking opportunities in the neighbourhood. Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly reception by our host and by the "lady of the house" living on the 2nd floor. Everything nice and clean.
The electric oven needed repair, as it did not function well and caused power interruption. Cooking on gas was OK. A microwave oven was not available. All in all we were quite satisfied.

Estate a Casteldelfino
Ho alloggiato insieme al mio compagno e alla nostra bimba di 2 anni nell'appartamento Maison Bertines II per 4 notti: il rapporto qualità prezzo dell'appartamento era ottimo, in 1 minuto di auto eravamo a Casteldelfino e a 10 minuti a Pontechianale. L'appartamento ha tutte le attrezzature che permettono di cucinare in casa, è semplice e arredato in perfetto stile montano. In generale ci sentiamo di consigliarlo per una vacanza tra montagna e relax.
I lati diciamo negativi dell'appartamento erano a nostro avviso la scarsa pulizia (intendo dei pavimenti, non ho guardato mensole e dietro i mobili) e la scomodità del divano/letto in salotto che ci ha visti costretti a far dormire la bimba nel matrimoniale. Altra cosa che viene inclusa nei servizi della casa é il WiFi ma non si può dire che funziona, abbiamo utilizzato i nostri cellulari in Hotspot per la TV. Questi lati negativi non hanno comunque pregiudicato il nostro soggiorno, ci siamo adattati.

scarico doccia , lavandino e lavello semiotturati : nonostante il proprietario sia intervenuto i problemi non sono stati risolti. Capelli nella doccia, attrezzatura di cucina carente.

Posto bellissimo…
Alloggio molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Frazione molto tranquilla e carina, punto perfetto per staccare la spina e fare belle passeggiate. Assistenza via WhatsApp perfetta, non abbiamo avuto problemi di sorta.
Sia il divano letto che il matrimoniale in camera hanno le reti metalliche e non le doghe, e non sono confortevoli. Altri suggerimento.. le zanzariere su finestre e porta finestra del balcone.

Migliorabile
Casa arredata in stile montano con bei mobili in legno. È pulita e ben riscaldata. Letto comodo fornito di molte coperte.
La cucina è sprovvista di pentole e le stoviglie sono sporche. La vista dalle finestre non è un granché e inoltre si trova in una frazione isolata. Il prezzo è troppo alto in confronto a quanto offerto.
