Welcome to Linga-Awile on the Beach represented by EXCEPTIONAL VILLAS, the world's leading villa rental company on Trust Pilot. This lovely small and private 3 bedroom beachfront villa is located on the clear waters of Discovery Bay. Linga-Awile shares a delightful waterfront site with its sister property ~ Villa Coral Cove.
Without a doubt, you will feel the restful ambience of the Caribbean as soon as you enter Linga-Awile. This pretty Jamaican villa is elegantly perched on a lovely, long, large lawn with its own swimming pool and sugary white sand beach with thatched roof umbrellas for shade.
The interior design at Linga-Awile is a tasteful combination of Caribbean comfort and beauty in every way. You will always feel relaxed in Ling-Awiles’ at-home atmosphere.
If one group rents both Villa Coral Cove and Linga-Awile, all may dine together. If two different groups are in residence, meals are served inside, on individual open-air patios at each villa, or on picnic tables at the beach. The cooks will plan torchlight beach parties with chicken, chops, steaks, lobster or fresh fish served sizzling from the two outdoor grills. Each villa has its own pool, outdoor barbecue grill and seaside rinse-off shower.
Linga-Awile is a water sports lover’s dream vacation... you have kayaks and other water toys such as a swim-up deck and floating bar. More water sports are available just a few minutes drive from Linga-Awile. In lively Ocho Rios 30 minutes from Linga-Awile you will find nightlife, excellent restaurants, shops, open-air craft markets, clubs where guests may purchase day passes, more water sports, Prospect Plantation Great House, rafting on the Martha Brae, jitney tours of a working plantation, dramatic Dunn’s River Falls, and Dolphin Cove where guests may swim with the dolphins (reservations required).
STAFF When you stay at Linga-Awile, you will be personally cared for by The Villa’s own housekeeper/laundress together with your own chef and gardener. You will feel welcomed and pampered throughout your stay. On the beach, or by the pool, the staff will be on hand to look after your every need and ensure your comfort at all times.

We had an AMAZING time. The house was the perfect blend of comfort and 'authentic.' We loved the open-air living and dining areas and then retreating to our A/C bedrooms at night. The staff was so fun and delightful and we really enjoyed getting to know them. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect trip -- from the planning services Exceptional Villas provided to the accommodations, food, and personalities of the villa team. We loved the house and our experience there that we barely left. Thank you SO much.
