Host is amazing, always kept in contact, can book taxis, arrange cleaning very helpful and thoughtful to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The property is amazing especially the views and the usable spaces

Overall as advertised. Convenient location just off cebu road. There is an onsite caretaker who is extremely professional and friendly and who speaks excellent english, which is a big value for anyone without great cebuano. Highly recommend!
