The staff.
Andy the manager was super fast from when we did booking had questions which he responded to and with lots of suggestions.
Bathroom had a good retractable line for ease of hanging things that were hand washed.
There's a gym.
Breakfast was just ok. Would have loved scrambled eggs thou. other eggs were available too
Housekeeping team were good especially Anne who went beyond her call of duty to ensure our little 4year old was comfortable.
Concierge and front desk were helpful too
Air conditioning was on fan mode.
The dinner wasn't open(well understandable due to covid 19measures)
