Comfortable, big enough apartment, well-equipped and in a convenient city area. Suitable enough to visit around Sardinia if you are up to driving at least 1h daily. Highly recommend paying the extra fee for the garage parking as nearby parking is not always possible.
The communication with the staff was extremely poor - an agency handling more apartments, while responses are long delayed. The apartment was not quite clean upon our arrival (dusty areas and not clean kitchen), while some basics such as soap were missing.

Das Apartment ist großzügig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Als Familie mit zwei Kindern perfekt, dass jeder für sich viel Platz hat. Toll ist der offene Küchen- und Essbereich. Es gibt auch eine große Terrasse. Die Lage ist hervorragend, da man fußläufig alles bequem erreichen kann: in die Innenstadt weniger als 10 Minuten und ein großer Supermarkt ist in drei Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben sogar immer kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe des Apartment gefunden.
Eher kleine Anmerkungen: die Küche könnte mit Geschirr noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein... Die Terrasse ist im Gegensatz zum Apartment eher lieblos gestaltet. Das ist das einzige, was ich schade fand.

ruim appartement met 2 volwaardige slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met douche. Aangenaam groot terras met enkel 's ochtends zon. Buiten oud centrum, maar wel op wandelafstand (700 meter van kathedraal, etnografisch museum, ...)
Het appartement wordt niet onderhouden. Een groot deel van de lichtschakelaars werkt niet. De waterkraan aan de afwasbak staat helemaal los en de afwasbak kan niet afgesloten worden, zodat afwassen eigenlijk niet kan. De douchestang in één van de badkamers staat helemaal los. Er is relatief weinig daglicht in het zit- en eethoek. Met de potten en pannen die voorzien zijn kan je niet koken voor 4 personen.
