El aire acondicionado funciona genial. Las habitaciones y el resto de la casa son muy amplias.. Los balcones/terrazas están genial tambien. La claraboya de la habitación te permite ver las estrellas por la noche. En general la estancia ha sido muy cómoda y agradable
El ascensor no funciona y las zonas comunes están deterioradas. La nevera no enfría bien, no hay escurridor y se hace difícil fregar. Habría que mejorar la limpieza del microondas y las sábanas, que tenían algunas manchas. Como mejoras también sugerimos una alcachofa en la ducha y arreglar los desperfectos de la habitación de la entrada, que las paredes están dañadas.

Localización perfecta y muy facil para aparcar. piso esta muy bien, tiene calefacción que era lo importante en marzo. La cocina esta bien equipada. Muy bonito se ve el cielo de noche desde la cama.
Las sabanas - una funda para la manta seria mejor, con esta tela fue imposible la columna de ducha - la ducha de mano hacia mucha falta

Situacion.
Falta de mantenimiento, ascensor roto, ventanas que no cerraban, posición absurda de la cama en alto, la bombilla de la entrada no alumbraba... Había una habitación mas grande sin calefacción, por eso nos alojamos en la más pequeña que la tenía colocada encima del armario.
